One module, five kinds of lamp. Segments inspired by glowworm anatomy, joined by friction hinges that hold whatever angle you leave them at. The same modules become a pendant, a chandelier, a wall light, a table lamp or a sculpture.

A glowworm is a segmented body with light in it. Gloworm is the same idea as hardware: each module has a glass diffuser, a dimmable LED, and a rotating metal shell, and the modules connect through friction joints that hold any angle you leave them at.
That one joint does most of the work. Line the modules up and you have a pendant. Close them into a ring and you have a chandelier. Two on a disc make a wall light; a short chain on a base makes a table lamp; a swarm of them in a stairwell is a sculpture. The buyer, not the designer, decides which.
Everything is replaceable: diffusers, LEDs, shells, joints. It simplifies maintenance, extends service life, and keeps a broken segment from retiring the whole lamp.
